Terms of service
Effective August 27, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Alotta Cake storefront and purchases from Alejandro Palumbo, a sole proprietor doing business as Alotta Cake. By using the storefront or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked at checkout.
Store eligibility and acceptable use
The store currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and provide accurate checkout and delivery information. You may not misuse the storefront, interfere with its security, commit fraud, violate another person's rights, or use Alotta Cake content or products for an unlawful purpose.
Products and orders
Our apparel is produced on demand by Printful. Product photographs and mockups are illustrative. Screen settings and normal production characteristics can cause reasonable differences in color, placement, or appearance.
We may reject or cancel an order when payment is not authorized, information appears fraudulent or inaccurate, a product becomes unavailable, a price or description contains a material error, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the applicable refund.
Prices, available variants, shipping charges, and estimated delivery information are displayed before order submission. Applicable taxes are calculated during Shopify Checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; fulfillment remains subject to payment approval and product availability.
Payments, production, and delivery
Shopify and its payment providers process checkout and payment. Printful produces and ships the merchandise. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by product availability, order holds, carrier conditions, weather, incorrect addresses, peak demand, and events outside our reasonable control.
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Intellectual property
The Alotta Cake name, artwork, graphics, product designs, text, and storefront materials are owned by or licensed to Alejandro Palumbo doing business as Alotta Cake and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the storefront for personal shopping.
Service availability and liability
We work to provide accurate information and reliable service, but the storefront may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the storefront or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Third-party services
The storefront uses third-party services including Cloudflare, Shopify, Printful, payment providers, and shipping carriers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Changes
We may update these Terms when our products, services, practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through our Contact page.
