Shipping policy

Effective August 27, 2026

Alotta Cake currently ships only to supported addresses within the United States. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated transit information are displayed during Shopify Checkout before you submit the order.

Made-to-order production

Each item is produced on demand by Printful. Production typically takes an estimated 2–5 business days before shipment. This estimate does not include carrier transit time and is not a guarantee.

Transit and delivery estimates

Domestic carrier transit typically takes an estimated 1–8 business days after production, depending on the selected method and destination. The estimated delivery date combines production and shipping estimates and can change because of product availability, order holds, address problems, weather, carrier disruptions, peak demand, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking and split shipments

You will receive tracking information when it becomes available. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Carrier scans can take time to update after shipment.

Address accuracy

Please verify your name, phone number, and complete delivery address before submitting an order. We cannot guarantee address changes or cancellations after production begins. Additional charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address.

Missing or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated or an order has not arrived, contact us through our Contact page and include the order number. Claims for a package believed lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after its estimated delivery date.

Shipping estimates do not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
